A delegation from our faculty led by the Dean, Professor Vladimír Kutiš, completed a working visit to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which is one of the most prominent technical universities in Asia.
The joint negotiations focused on developing cooperation in key areas of technological progress, such as robotics, artificial intelligence, semiconductor technologies, and smart sensory systems. The visit was also attended by directors of the institutes focused on the aforementioned areas: Professor František Duchoň and Associate Professor Anton Kuzma.
The discussion opened up opportunities for joint research projects, the mobility of students and researchers, and more intensive connections with international partners. We thank the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic for supporting and organizing this visit.
