The Dean's Office is an economic-administrative and information workplace which cannot be merged with other organizational units of FEI STU, divided, or dissolved.
The main mission of the Dean's Office is to integrate individual support departments in order to provide support services to the individual organizational units of the faculty and to ensure the smooth operation of FEI STU.
The Dean's Office comprehensively ensures all activities in the fields of administration, organization, implementation of internal and external regulations, human resources, economics, informatics, marketing, pedagogy, library services, and operational-technical support. Specifically, activities related to:
- administrative and organizational support of processes related to the provision of study in accredited study programs,
- ensuring economic management, controlling the efficiency and purposefulness of spending the entrusted funds,
- human resource management and ensuring personnel agenda,
- providing bibliographic services and coordinating the publishing activities of FEI STU employees,
- ensuring the management of tangible and intangible assets entrusted to STU,
- ensuring the smooth operation of the faculty computer network, online communication, and ICT support for the main activity of FEI STU,
- technical support for the operation of didactic tools,
- managing the administrative agenda of domestic and foreign business trips,
- public relations, news reporting, and other promotional activities of FEI STU,
- organization and management of profile events of FEI STU,
- recording and preservation of registry records.
