Labor Economics and Social Activities Office

  • ensuring remuneration, salary changes, all types of bonuses and allowances, including the issuance of salary decrees to faculty employees
  • ensuring and preparing background documents for the payment of all types of bonuses and rewards
  • ensures and performs administrative work related to selection procedures (tenders) for filling vacant positions
  • ensures the execution and processing of agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship (pozn. dohody o prácach mimo prac. pomeru)

Payroll Accounting Office

  • processes and clears the income of faculty employees and related contribution obligations for the employee and employer
  • performs the annual reconciliation of health insurance contributions and the annual tax settlement
  • issues pension insurance record sheets
