Accounting and Economics Office

  • execution of all accounting operations related to the faculty's activities
  • monitoring and recording the utilization of funds according to individual tasks of business activities
  • processing of accounting documents for completed works within business activities
  • recording of income and expenditures (invoices, payroll, travel orders) related to implemented projects according to the providers' instructions in the faculty's accounting, mostly in separate analytical records, to the relevant source codes, expenditure groups, and their payment from the accounts specified in the contracts with the respective providers
  • provision of cash and securities services of the faculty cashier's office
  • performing tax control of accounting documents, processing tax outputs for the faculty in accordance with current legislation
  • preparation of annual and quarterly financial and accounting closings
  • preparation of a complete, regular annual financial statement, including the notes to the financial statement
  • cooperation during the audit verification of the annual financial statement
  • preparation of the Faculty Annual Financial Report
  • preparation of statistics from accounting records
  • communication with relevant entities on behalf of the faculty

Planning and Budget Office

  • performing regular control of budget fulfillment in both the income and expenditure parts,
  • performing actions associated with financial control and management control at its level,
  • monitoring the faculty budget on the economic software according to individual sources of financing, workplaces (accounting centers), and orders,
  • recording and ensuring the approval process of orders and commitments according to individual sources of financing,
  • processing documents on small-value purchases (opening permanent and one-time advances, controlling settlements, maintaining records, returning advances at the end of the calendar year, allocating small-value purchase documents).

Asset Records and Management Office

  • asset recording and methodical management of asset recording processes at faculty workplaces, including asset inventory and related subsequent processes,
  • organization of the Partial Inventory Committee meetings, processing of minutes from the meetings, and monitoring the fulfillment of tasks resulting from the minutes.
